AI Solution Analyst – HU, RO, SRB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Engage as the hands-on AI specialist in active client AI initiatives.

• Design and construct workflows for AI agents, including prompt chains and orchestration logic.

• Develop and enhance prompts tailored for specific business applications (prompt engineering).

• Review current client workflows and pinpoint areas for AI improvement.

• Create functional prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate methodologies.

• Collaborate with developers on the transition of implementation and technical specifications.

• Assist in presales activities with AI solution proposals and feasibility evaluations.

• Perform business domain analysis to determine where AI can add real value.

• Convert client business challenges into solutions that can be addressed by AI.

• Prepare demonstrations and prototype artifacts for client showcases.

• Provide insights on effort estimation for AI components in proposals.

• Keep abreast of AI news, model releases, tool updates, and emerging techniques.

• Assess new AI platforms, frameworks, and services for potential integration.

• Experiment with innovative approaches and disseminate findings.

• Document patterns, techniques, and lessons learned from project experiences.

• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training resources.

• Design agentic workflows using orchestration frameworks (e.g., n8n, LangGraph, custom pipelines).

• Enhance existing business workflows by incorporating AI capabilities.

• Define conversation flows, tool usage patterns, and handoff logic for AI agents.

• Specify context management, memory strategies, and retrieval patterns.

• Capability to create working prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate approaches.

• Proficiency in collaborating with developers on implementation handoff and technical specifications.

• Support for presales engagements with AI solution proposals and feasibility assessments.

• Ability to translate client business problems into AI-addressable solutions.

• Experience in preparing demonstrations and prototype artifacts for client presentations.
