AI Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a data-centric social media strategy that aligns with brand and growth objectives.

• Utilize AI tools to brainstorm, produce, schedule, and enhance social media content.

• Manage the social content calendar for major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok).

• Evaluate performance metrics and consistently refine content with AI-driven insights.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on various campaigns and product launches.

• Develop best practices for AI utilization, tone of voice, and content governance.

• Keep up-to-date with AI trends, platform changes, and social media best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or business.

• Practical experience employing AI tools for content creation, optimization, or analytics.

• Previous remote work experience is essential, along with proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar).

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their performance metrics.

• Capability to work autonomously and oversee comprehensive social media initiatives.
