AI Skill Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Create pre-built skills — reusable components for prevalent AI tasks (such as text analysis, classification, RAG, and agentic workflows).

• Enhance prompts for various models and scenarios; perform A/B testing and evaluate output quality.

• Design RAG integrations and agentic pipelines — from the initial architecture to execution.

• Collaborate with integrations — linking external APIs, vector databases, and knowledge sources.

• Test and document skills — produce usage examples, manage edge cases, and establish best practices.

• Assess requirements and convert them into scalable components.

• Monitor the performance of skills and make iterative improvements based on feedback.

• Keep abreast of AI trends and incorporate new features into the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant technical education (completed or ongoing) — Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field.

• Comprehensive understanding of LLMs — knowledge of how contemporary models function, their limitations and strengths; hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini beyond casual usage.

• Experience in prompt engineering — not only creating prompts but also optimizing them, conducting A/B testing, and understanding how varied parameters influence outputs.

• Proficiency in Python development — sufficient for building integrations, testing, and automation tasks.

• Systematic and architectural mindset — capability to design scalable solutions and foresee edge cases.

• Analytical mindset — ability to measure, evaluate, and make decisions based on data.

• English proficiency at B1+ level — capable of reading documentation, API specifications, and research articles.

• Independent worker — does not require detailed instructions; can navigate unfamiliar systems autonomously.
