AI Search Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategies to enhance visibility within AI-driven search platforms and generative AI search experiences.

• Optimize website content and structure for AI comprehension, semantic search, and conversational search inquiries.

• Enhance AI discoverability through internal linking, establishing topical authority, and optimizing entities.

• Track trends in AI search, LLM search behavior, and the development of new AI retrieval technologies.

• Assist in elevating brand citations and product visibility in AI-generated responses and search results.

• Spearhead structured data and schema markup projects across product pages, category pages, FAQs, editorial content, and organizational pages.

• Maintain and refine JSON-LD schema implementations to enhance machine readability and AI understanding.

• Perform technical SEO audits concentrating on crawlability, indexing, site architecture, and AI accessibility.

• Collaborate with developers to execute technical SEO enhancements and improvements for AI readiness.

• Identify avenues to enhance semantic page structure and AI retrieval efficiency.

• Team up with content teams to devise AI-optimized and search-friendly content strategies.

• Support the optimization of conversational search and the development of FAQ content.

• Enhance content organization and semantic relevance to facilitate AI-powered search experiences.

• Contribute to the creation of scalable content frameworks that boost organic search and AI-generated visibility.

• Monitor AI referral traffic, visibility in AI search, and metrics related to organic search performance.

• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor AI discoverability and citation performance.

• Conduct competitive analyses across SEO, AI search, and digital discovery channels.

• Convert findings into actionable insights for marketing and development teams.

• Collaborate closely with development, marketing, merchandising, analytics, and content teams.

• Clearly communicate AI search opportunities and technical recommendations to stakeholders.

• Support QA testing and the implementation of SEO and AI search-related initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
