This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red-team assessments of conversational AI models and agents by utilizing jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulations.

• Create high-quality human data through the annotation of failures, classification of vulnerabilities, and identification of systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing practices.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack scenarios that are actionable for customers.

• Identify vulnerabilities that automated tests may overlook.

• Broaden evaluation coverage and minimize unexpected issues in production.

• Enhance the robustness, safety, and trustworthiness of customer AI systems.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving advanced frontier AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in red teaming related to AI adversarial activities, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.

• Capability to adversarially probe AI systems and challenge them to their limits.

• Proficiency in utilizing frameworks or benchmarks for structured testing methodologies.

• Skill in clearly communicating risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Flexibility to adapt across various projects and client requirements.

• Proficiency in both English and Danish is mandatory.

• Native fluency in English and Danish is required.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.
