AI Safety Expert, English – Danish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red team assessments on conversational AI models and agents utilizing jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation.

• Create human data by annotating failures, categorizing vulnerabilities, and identifying systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistent testing.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack scenarios for clients.

• Investigate AI systems for vulnerabilities that automated tests may overlook.

• Broaden evaluation coverage and minimize unexpected issues in production.

• Collaborate across various projects and clients focused on training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in red teaming, specifically within AI adversarial roles, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.

• Native proficiency in both English and Danish.

• Capability to probe systems adversarially and challenge them to their limits.

• Familiarity with frameworks or benchmarks for structured testing methodologies.

• Proficient in articulating risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility to adapt across various projects and clients.

• Status as an independent contractor.

• Must be able to operate without access to confidential or proprietary information from any other employer, client, or institution.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
