This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct red team assessments of conversational AI models and agents utilizing jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse scenarios, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation techniques.

• Create human data through the annotation of failures, classification of vulnerabilities, and identification of systemic risks.

• Implement taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistency in testing processes.

• Generate reproducible reports, datasets, and attack case studies for clients.

• Investigate AI outputs related to sensitive issues, including bias, misinformation, and harmful behaviors.

• Identify vulnerabilities that automated testing may overlook.

• Broaden evaluation coverage and minimize unexpected production issues.

• Enhance the safety and trustworthiness of customer AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native fluency in both English and Assamese.

• Previous experience in red teaming for AI adversarial tasks, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.

• Capability to push AI systems to their limits.

• Proficiency in utilizing frameworks, taxonomies, benchmarks, or playbooks for structured testing approaches.

• Ability to articulate risks effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Flexibility to adapt across various projects and clients.

• Status as an independent contractor is required.

• Candidates must not hold H1-B or STEM OPT status.

• Preferred specialties may include adversarial machine learning, cybersecurity, socio-technical risk, and innovative probing techniques.
