AI Researcher – Implementation Coordinator

📋 Description

• Identify new and emerging AI tools and platforms applicable to legal services.

• Conduct thorough research across various vendors, technologies, and use cases.

• Assess tools based on their ROI, scalability, compliance, and ability to integrate.

• Remain updated on the latest advancements in AI, automation, and legal technology.

• Design and implement pilot programs for chosen AI tools.

• Develop workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for deployment across different departments.

• Coordinate the implementation process across teams such as legal, intake, marketing, and operations.

• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems like CRM, case management, and communication tools.

• Utilize AI tools for lead generation, advertisement optimization, and content creation.

• Enhance conversion rates through AI-driven targeting and messaging strategies.

• Employ AI for call handling, chatbots, and lead qualification processes.

• Streamline intake workflows to minimize response times and boost signed cases.

• Implement AI solutions for document automation, OCR, and data extraction tasks.

• Decrease manual intervention and improve turnaround times.

• Optimize workflows using AI for task automation, reminders, and case tracking.

• Enhance efficiency and reduce the duration of case cycles.

• Leverage AI for legal research, deposition summaries, and document reviews.

• Assist attorneys in trial preparation through automation and organized data management.

• Implement AI tools for billing, forecasting, collections, and financial reporting.

• Increase visibility into case profitability and overall firm performance.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all implemented AI systems.

• Create dashboards and reporting systems to track performance and ROI.

• Continuously optimize tools based on insights derived from data analytics.

• Demonstrated experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies in a professional context.

• Strong analytical and research abilities to evaluate tools based on ROI, scalability, and business impact.

• Experience in process improvement, workflow design, or systems implementation.

• Capability to manage end-to-end implementation projects, from research to deployment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, case management tools, or business software integrations.

• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

• Data-driven approach with experience in tracking KPIs, creating reports, or analyzing performance metrics.

• Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in a law firm, legal operations, or legal tech environment.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), automation platforms (Zapier, Make), OCR tools, or analytics platforms.

• Background in marketing automation, lead generation systems, or optimization of paid ads.

• Experience with chatbots, call automation, or systems for client intake.

• Familiarity with document automation, legal research tools, or eDiscovery platforms.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or no-code/low-code tools.

• Experience in building dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).

• Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security considerations in AI implementation.

• Prior experience in a consulting, operations, or innovation-focused role.
