This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, construct, and take ownership of a production-grade evaluation system that facilitates measurable enhancements in model accuracy and latency.
• Spearhead experimentation, fine-tuning, and feedback-driven evaluation cycles for ongoing model optimization.
• Enhance the orchestration of AI/ML systems, guaranteeing scalable, resilient, and impactful deployments.
• Raise technical standards through engineering excellence, mentorship, and leadership in a senior individual contributor role.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and SQL, accompanied by robust system design capabilities.
• Extensive experience in deploying machine learning and deep learning models in production environments (experience with LLM/GenAI is highly preferred).
• Solid grounding in experimentation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and ML Ops methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage critical systems from end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Additionally, this position may qualify for TRM’s equity plan.
