AI Quality Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of appropriate quality frameworks, metrics, and strategies for Data Services projects.

• Conduct thorough task analysis to identify key quality drivers and necessary skills, while developing efficient onboarding methodologies for our Data Services Vendors.

• Provide constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders.

• Aid in client quality escalations and work collaboratively with the team on root cause analysis.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives for underperforming locales and vendors.

• Support data stakeholders by delivering timely responses to their inquiries.

• Assess vendors and provide feedback along with training on error trends.

• Assist in driving a comprehensive auditor program, including training.

• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to create skill evaluation solutions and visualize quality metrics.

• Stay informed on AI industry trends and assist in identifying new opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in implementing quality data management and analysis is essential.

• A background in Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Cognitive Science, Data Analytics, Linguistics, or relevant workforce experience in AI Quality Data is preferred.

• Experience in Data Collection Quality, Annotation, and/or evaluation tasks is required.

• Proficiency in Power BI is preferred.

• Experience with vendor management is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills are necessary.

• Ability to collaborate remotely to address day-to-day tasks is essential.

• Proficient data manipulation skills with expertise in Excel/Google Spreadsheet are required; advanced skills in these tools are preferred.

• Fluent English is required, as you will be part of an international team where English is the primary language. Knowledge of additional languages is not mandatory but is welcomed.
