This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Comprehensive responsibility for the entire product lifecycle of features, APIs, and interfaces related to building sustainability.

• Translation of customer needs and regulatory requirements into clear and impactful product experiences.

• Definition of product logic, edge cases, and data validation in collaboration with our AI, data, and software teams, as well as the founders.

• Direct interaction with customers to refine product decisions, positioning, and differentiation.

• Development of clear success criteria, feedback loops, and documentation.

• Active contribution to the go-to-market strategy and ongoing enhancement of market impact.

• Analytical thinking - you recognize patterns, bring structure to complexity, and quickly identify the core of a problem.

• Product focus - you think in terms of user needs, technical feasibility, and impact.

• Ownership mentality - you provide clarity and momentum, and do not wait for tasks to be assigned.

• Experience in startups - you are comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, tech strategy, or similar roles.

• Bonus: former energy efficiency expert, experience with APIs, or data-driven products.

• Nice to have: prior knowledge in ESG, green finance, or digital energy certificates.
