AI Productivity Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of AI tools, including coding assistants, automation scripts, and knowledge Q&A systems.

• Support the development of applications based on large language models (LLMs), such as prompt optimization and lightweight retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing engineering efficiency and improving the developer experience.

• Aid in testing, iterating, and documenting internal AI tools and platforms.

• Conduct research and experimentation with emerging AI technologies and their potential applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Proficient in at least one programming language, with Python being preferred.

• Strong foundational knowledge in programming and problem-solving abilities.

• A keen interest in AI, particularly in large language models (LLMs).

• Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar applications.

• Familiarity with essential software development workflows, including Git and debugging practices.

• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Bonus Points:

• Experience with AI-related projects, such as chatbots, natural language processing (NLP), or automation tools.

• Exposure to Prompt Engineering or AI-assisted development workflows.

• Coursework or a basic understanding of machine learning or NLP.

• Personal projects, technical blogs, or a GitHub portfolio showcasing your work.
