AI Product Manager

• Analyze and thoroughly comprehend customer challenges through data analysis, feedback collection, and direct observation.

• Specify AI-driven features or enhancements, which includes crafting precise problem statements, user workflows, and criteria for success.

• Design and develop comprehensive solutions that encompass front-end, back-end, and AI-driven functionalities.

• Thoughtfully incorporate AI into products, prioritizing user value and dependable outcomes over mere novelty.

• Work collaboratively with product management, design, and engineering teams to rapidly deliver high-quality features.

• Take responsibility for quality and performance, ensuring that the products you deliver are efficient, reliable, and enjoyable.

• Establish measurement and feedback systems to facilitate continuous feature improvement.

• Act with ownership, being accountable for the impact of the solutions you create.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient engineering skills in one or more domains: front-end, back-end, full-stack, systems, or related fields.

• Proven track record of owning a problem from initial concept to final solution deployment.

• Experience in developing software products, internal tools, prototypes, or applications.

• Ability to navigate across product and engineering domains—writing specifications, designing workflows, and building solutions.

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance development processes (e.g., chat-based coding assistants, automation tools, rapid prototyping tools).

• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.

• A customer-centric approach, making decisions based on user needs, outcomes, and actual behavior.

• Capacity to act swiftly, make informed trade-offs, and iterate based on empirical evidence.

• Knowledge of cloud environments (any major provider).

• Comfort in analyzing data, establishing success metrics, and interpreting signals to inform product enhancements.
