AI Product Engineer – Founding Member, High-Speed Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• In the role of Founding AI Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the founder to design, develop, and refine a range of AI systems.

• The projects will encompass a variety of areas including computer vision, image manipulation, automated video generation, and agentic data analysis.

• You will oversee the entire process: from researching and developing optimal AI models to deploying scalable web applications.

• Modern Developer: You have moved beyond "manual-only" coding. You are proficient with tools such as GPT Codex, Claude code, and Replit, enabling you to build at an accelerated pace.

• AI Generalist: You are adept at working across multiple AI areas, including LLMs (Text/Reasoning), Diffusion (Image/Video), and Vision models.

• Agile & Adaptive: You thrive in dynamic environments where projects evolve. You are a quick learner capable of mastering new AI frameworks or APIs in a weekend.

• Hacker Mindset: You emphasize return on investment. You create lean MVPs, test them in our real-world e-commerce operations, and refine them for scalability afterward.

• Architecture-Aware: You understand how to integrate multiple AI models into a cohesive "Agentic" workflow that autonomously manages complex tasks.

• Stack: Proficiency in Next.js / Python (FastAPI).

• AI Frameworks: Familiarity with ComfyUI / Diffusers, IP-Adapters, ControlNet, and Agentic frameworks (LangChain/CrewAI).

• Infrastructure: Experience with Serverless GPU providers such as Replicate, Fal, and RunPod.

• Integrations: Expertise in connecting various APIs to develop seamless automated systems.
