AI Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze and thoroughly comprehend customer challenges through data analysis, feedback, and direct observation.

• Articulate AI-driven features or enhancements, including crafting precise problem statements, user flows, and success criteria.

• Design and develop comprehensive solutions, incorporating front-end, back-end, and AI-driven logic.

• Thoughtfully integrate AI into products, prioritizing user value and dependable results over mere novelty.

• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features promptly.

• Take ownership of quality and performance, ensuring that your deliverables are fast, reliable, and enjoyable.

• Establish measurement and feedback mechanisms to continuously refine features.

• Approach your work with an ownership mentality, being accountable for the impact of your creations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong engineering capabilities in one or more domains: front-end, back-end, full-stack, systems, or related fields.

• Proven track record of owning a problem from initial concept through to a shipped solution.

• Experience in developing software products, internal tools, prototypes, or applications.

• Comfort in navigating across product and engineering boundaries — writing specifications, designing workflows, and constructing the solution.

• Familiarity with AI tools to expedite development (e.g., chat-based coding assistants, automation tools, rapid prototyping tools).

• Outstanding communication skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.

• A customer-focused mindset — basing decisions on user needs, outcomes, and actual behavior.

• Ability to work swiftly, make informed trade-offs, and iterate based on data-driven evidence.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (any major provider).

• Proficiency in data analysis, defining success metrics, and interpreting signals to inform product enhancements.

• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced, and highly iterative environments.
