This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

📋 Description

• Take charge of AI-driven workflows and enhancements within designated sections of the product suite.

• Recognize challenges faced by clients and teams while using the product and suggest effective solutions.

• Develop and refine AI-powered automations, tools, and workflows to enhance delivery and results.

• You will determine priorities within your product domain, rather than merely executing predefined tasks.

• Transform genuine client issues and usage insights into tangible product enhancements, rather than just presentations or documentation.

• Utilize AI and internal resources to analyze product behavior, troubleshoot issues, and test concepts.

• Collaborate directly with engineers to implement changes and enhancements.

• Engage with clients as necessary to grasp real challenges and validate proposed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in creating or managing AI-powered workflows, automations, or systems within a product or SaaS context.

• Sufficient product judgment to determine priorities and timelines, balancing user needs, technical limitations, and speed.

• Comfort in owning a problem from start to finish: from pinpointing the issue, to designing a solution, to collaborating with developers for implementation.

• A genuine passion for AI beyond superficial applications - you have utilized AI to create, automate, or significantly enhance workflows, not just for brainstorming or documentation.

• Willingness to dive deep into specifics: prompts, tools, data, investigations, and iterative processes.

• Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams, including clients when necessary.

• Comfortable handling data and structured information to guide decision-making.

• A strong ownership mindset - you take initiative without waiting for tickets or roadmaps to dictate your actions.

• Ability to navigate multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
