This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take full ownership of consumer-oriented AI products from start to finish: identifying opportunities, designing experiences, executing implementations, and measuring outcomes—no hand-offs involved.
• Integrate AI seamlessly throughout the entire consumer journey—encompassing discovery, recommendations, conversion, retention, and support—utilizing LLMs, agents, and contemporary AI tools as inherent elements of the product, rather than mere features.
• Gain a deep understanding of our business, customers, market dynamics, and the data underpinning our consumer products to enhance user satisfaction and help meet Fever's objectives.
• Act swiftly with well-founded opinions: formulate hypotheses, create minimal viable products that validate or invalidate those hypotheses, launch, learn, and iterate—view shipping as a method of thinking.
• When necessary, develop prototypes and production-ready experiences independently by leveraging AI coding tools and modern development workflows to streamline the idea-to-product timeline.
• Establish appropriate metrics, conduct experiments (A/B tests, offline evaluations, online evaluations for AI features), and consistently enhance product and model performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Growth, and the Technology team, working closely alongside a team of Software Engineers.
• Convert broad, ambiguous opportunities into specific, measurable initiatives, making decisive prioritization choices amid uncertainty.
• Contribute to shaping the vision and strategy for AI within the consumer product and realize it through your deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in developing consumer-facing digital products from conception to completion (in roles such as builder, founder, full-stack PM, product engineer, or similar hybrid positions).
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in integrating AI / LLMs into actual production products—not limited to prototypes or demonstrations.
• Substantial background in consumer products: you possess an understanding of user behavior, funnels, conversion, retention, and what creates a delightful consumer experience.
• Strong technical fluency: adept at comprehending system architecture, prototyping with modern AI tools, working with APIs, and engaging in in-depth technical discussions with the engineering team.
• Independent judgment and discernment: you establish your own standards for quality and defend them with rationale, rather than seeking consensus.
• Speed and precision: you deliver quickly without sacrificing thoroughness, treating rapid failures as opportunities to approach the truth more closely.
• Robust quantitative and analytical capabilities—comfortable interpreting data, metrics, and transforming numbers into product decisions.
• Proficiency in English; capable of articulating complex technical and product concepts clearly to diverse audiences, both in writing and verbally.
• A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and motivation in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
