This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Develop agent-centric products from start to finish within the codebases of Everfield's Business Units (BUs).

• Seamlessly integrate into any BU codebase, achieving productivity within days and delivering functioning software swiftly.

• Implement agentic coding as the standard approach to work.

• Collaborate directly with BU customers to prototype and refine based on actual usage.

• Partner closely with BU engineering teams on their respective codebases.

• Convert validated concepts into delivered products in a matter of weeks.

• Provide production-ready code along with the essential documentation.

• Identify future building opportunities while executing the current project.

• Assist in formalizing successful practices into a replicable build playbook.

• Senior engineer with experience in delivering tangible software to real users.

• Experience as a founder or in a near-founder capacity.

• Familiarity with AI-driven working methods.

• Pragmatic approach across multiple programming languages.

• Ability to navigate through complex, legacy code.
