• Develop evaluation frameworks that compare agent outputs against expert benchmarks.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software/AI engineering, including at least 2 years in building LLM-based or agent-based systems.
• Proven ability to extract tacit knowledge from domain experts through process mining, cognitive task analysis, or a similar approach.
• Experience in designing and deploying AI agent orchestration, including multi-step processes, tool usage, and evaluation.
• Strong systems thinking capabilities, allowing for end-to-end process modeling prior to coding.
• A successful history of replacing legacy systems without causing significant disruption.
• Comprehensive healthcare benefits encompassing medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
• Access to a Health Coach through GE Aerospace.
• Employee Assistance Program offering 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling, and referral services.
