📋 Description

• Take the initiative to identify, test, and assess new AI tools that are pertinent to marketing and content creation.

• Create and execute AI-driven marketing workflows that expedite the marketing process.

• Collaborate closely with developers to incorporate marketing content and processes into AI systems.

• Develop and sustain an evolving toolkit of approved AI resources while documenting insights for the team.

• Constantly investigate methods to automate, personalize, and scale marketing output utilizing AI technologies.

• Create and oversee monthly content calendars that include articles, social media updates, reels, and community contributions.

• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and is in line with product messaging and the intent of the target audience.

• Maintain consistent publishing schedules across various platforms and product lines.

• Generate AI-enhanced videos, avatars, and voiceovers aimed at expanding followers and enhancing brand visibility.

• Produce short-form reels and social content tailored to the specific audiences of each platform.

• Engage regularly and directly with senior leadership on priorities, strategies, and execution plans.

• Strong creative instincts demonstrated by a portfolio or examples of previous work.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — a self-starter who takes initiative without prompting.

• Exceptional written and visual communication abilities.

• Availability to start immediately and commit to 20 hours per week.
