AI-Powered Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Extract and organize operational data from ATS, CRM, Monday.com, and Bloom Growth to produce recurring metrics such as close rate, retention, and escalations.

• Utilize Claude for data cleansing and quality assurance prior to presenting it to leadership.

• Maintain dashboards and in-system metrics, proactively identifying gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies.

• Document regular reports and dashboards, detailing data sources, calculation logic, refresh schedules, and any known issues.

• Create a shared, dynamic knowledge base for reporting procedures.

• Employ Claude to develop lightweight automations for repetitive reporting tasks.

• Address diagnostic requests, including detailed funnel analysis and preparation of clean data for stakeholder meetings.

• Assist in the Weekly Leadership Dashboard by extracting, cleansing, and updating underlying data.

• Highlight data gaps and quality concerns directly.

• Take ownership of recurring reports from start to finish and independently manage the routine reporting schedule.

• Proficient in directing AI tools like Claude for data tasks and confirming the accuracy of the output.

• Exceptional attention to detail, including spotting blank cells and discrepancies in numbers.

• Ability to communicate clearly and organize written documentation to outline processes for others.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Previous experience with Monday.com, CRMs, or ATS platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.

• No background in data science is required.

• Capability to guide analysis, validate results, and recognize when figures require further examination.

• Self-motivated individual who documents processes while acquiring knowledge.
