AI Platform Testing Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and uphold test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios.

• Conduct functional, integration, regression, usability, and end-to-end testing.

• Evaluate AI features, prompts, workflows, and generated responses for precision, consistency, and reliability.

• Identify, document, prioritize, and monitor defects until they are resolved.

• Validate bug fixes and carry out regression testing prior to releases.

• Test APIs, integrations, and overall system performance.

• Ensure compatibility across various browsers, operating systems, and devices.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to enhance platform quality.

• Prepare comprehensive testing reports and offer recommendations for launch readiness.

• Propose enhancements to improve platform stability and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Software QA, AI application testing, or platform testing.

• Strong grasp of software testing methodologies and best practices in quality assurance.

• Experience in testing web-based applications and AI-driven platforms.

• Good knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar.

• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

• Ability to comprehend application logic, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with development teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting and effectively manage priorities.
