AI Payment Operations Specialist – Boosters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Enhancing metrics within the current payment infrastructure;

• Continuously developing and testing new hypotheses while owning the entire process;

• Creative exploration of new growth opportunities, along with preparation and entry into emerging markets;

• Advancing infrastructure and processing in the company's "young" markets;

• Proactively refining existing processes or establishing new ones as needed;

• Providing thorough and clear analysis of the payment infrastructure;

• Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators such as payment success rate, fraud rate, chargeback rate, dispute rate, and others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C product payment operations;

• Strong interest in AI and automation technologies;

• Pre-Intermediate proficiency in AI tools: familiarity with Claude, Gemini, etc. at a level beyond basic (including understanding prompt-engineering techniques, working with context windows, and data security principles);

• Knowledge of unit economics and subscription monetization models;

• Experience with BI tools (such as Tableau/Power BI) and capability to formulate technical tasks for the analytics team when necessary;

• Skills in data transformation and analysis, with high proficiency in MS Excel;

• Basic understanding of statistics, including the difference between cohort and calendar analysis, and the ability to perform both.
