AI Orchestrator, Squad Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional team in the development of mobile applications.

• Act as a liaison between business, product, technical departments, and the development team to ensure timely delivery of requests.

• Monitor and assess performance indicators, with a focus on AI-agent-driven development.

• Direct the SuperApp redesign initiative using AI-agent-driven methodologies, prioritizing people management, demand roadmap, risk assessment, and resolution of outstanding issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in facilitating agile ceremonies.

• Essential expertise in AI-agent development, including knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and agent development to enhance processes within the development workflow.

• Strong understanding of Spec-Driven Development (SDD).

• Familiarity with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.

• Experience in participating in solution-definition discussions between business and engineering teams.

• Ability to monitor technical and business metrics and indicators.

• Ensure that the development flow is optimized through agent-driven development, identifying bottlenecks at each phase and leading initiatives to minimize lead times.

• Manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align stakeholder expectations.

• Ensure the execution of requests and the rollout of production within the client’s framework.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology.

• Experience with demand management tools (Jira).

• Experience in mobile development (Android, iOS) or backend systems is advantageous.
