AI Orchestrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Workflow Integration: Design and execute strategies to embed AI solutions within the current Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on enhancing operations and elevating customer experience, while suggesting improvements.

• Needs Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to pinpoint opportunities that can enhance efficiency and foster innovation.

• Project Management: Oversee the project to create the proposed platform from its inception to execution, ensuring that goals are achieved on time and within budget while adhering to appropriate prioritization.

• Requirements Management: Convert business requirements into features/user stories, transforming the scope into a structured, detailed backlog ready for implementation.

• Team Enablement: Provide training and workshops on the established pipeline to teams, ensuring that all employees are equipped to utilize the workflow/process effectively.

• Performance Measurement: Establish success metrics for the pipeline and assess the impact of implemented solutions, modifying strategies as necessary to maximize return on investment.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster communication and cooperation between technology, operations, and business teams to guarantee effective integration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to guide integration decisions and strategies.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating technical concepts into terms that are easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.

• Leadership: Capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate organizational change effectively.

• Organization: Skill in coordinating people and processes through outcome- and customer-impact-driven leadership.

• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with AI methodologies such as SDD, SpecKit, AI-DLC, and SuperPowers.
