This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Gain insights into the operations of teams across various departments such as operations, sales, marketing, and product.

• Recognize repetitive tasks and areas of inefficiency.

• Develop AI-driven workflows aimed at minimizing manual labor.

• Utilize tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Airtable, Notion, and others.

• Automate invoicing processes (e.g., Stripe → Airtable/Notion + reminders + tracking).

• Create CRM systems that include data enrichment, tracking, and reporting functionalities.

• Design communication frameworks (classification → routing → responses + drafting replies).

• Aggregate data from platforms like email, WhatsApp, and Zoom into a unified system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in actual workflows.

• Familiarity with advanced AI environments (e.g., Claude CoWork / Code or similar).

• Capability to construct multi-step automations (e.g., using n8n or similar tools).

• Proficiency in connecting tools and transferring data via integrations, webhooks, or no-code platforms.

• Experience dealing with structured data (Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets).

• Comprehension of business workflows (CRM pipelines, reporting, communication systems).

• Enhanced experience with APIs (endpoints, authentication, custom requests) or basic scripting (preferred).

• Familiarity with additional AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) (preferred).
