AI Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Conduct assessments on AI functionalities: evaluating outputs with AI support, identifying regressions, creating golden sets, and translating findings into actionable reports for the team.

• Develop efficient tools and automations utilizing AI coding resources: scripts, internal utilities, and one-off prototypes that the team requires promptly.

• Implement prompt and workflow enhancements: making adjustments, testing variations, and delivering the next iteration.

• Manage external outreach and relationship building from start to finish: contacting key opinion leaders (KOLs), facilitating discussions, and ensuring follow-up.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve AI team goals: working in partnership with marketing and various product teams.

• Assist with any additional high-priority needs of the AI team during that week, even if it falls outside the aforementioned responsibilities.

• Strong ability to execute with agency: you can transition from a "vague problem" to a "working solution" with minimal oversight, and you're comfortable with routine tasks and uncertainty.

• Extensive knowledge of AI tools: you leverage LLM-based tools for writing, automating, prototyping, and operating at a level that significantly enhances individual productivity over a week.

• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments: 1 to 3 years in generalist or operations roles where you’ve been responsible for outcomes from start to finish, rather than just completing assigned tasks.

• Exceptional communication abilities (both verbal and written): capable of conveying complex information clearly and simply.

• Familiarity with software development and product management practices.

• Experience in fast-paced environments, specifically in going from 0 to 1.

• Practical experience with prompt engineering, evaluations, or related AI operational tasks.

• Interest and experience in the cryptocurrency sector.
