AI Operations Specialist – AI Agents, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and expansion of AI-driven workflows within a rapidly growing operations organization.

• Conceptualize, test, and implement AI agents, automations, and reusable “skills” utilizing tools such as Claude, Zapier, OpenAI, n8n, Make, and other related AI platforms.

• Recognize automation opportunities and swiftly create effective solutions.

• Develop AI agents, automations, and reusable “skills” aimed at minimizing manual tasks.

• Quickly prototype and roll out workflow automations.

• Establish AI-enhanced processes to support operations, administration, research, reporting, and internal workflows.

• Integrate AI tools with current business systems via APIs.

• Analyze business processes and transform them into scalable automated workflows.

• Test, assess, and enhance AI agents and automations based on output quality and dependability.

• Clearly document workflows, prompts, logic, and system instructions.

• Educate non-technical team members on the utilization of AI tools and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, operations, technical implementation, or similar roles.

• Proven hands-on experience with Claude.

• Proven hands-on experience with Zapier.

• Experience in creating AI agents, automations, or reusable AI workflows.

• Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Workspace, APIs, webhooks, or comparable platforms.

• Capability to swiftly translate business requirements into effective AI-enabled solutions.

• Strong skills in process mapping and problem-solving.

• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in developing Claude skills, custom GPTs, AI agents, or agentic workflows.

• Experience with API integrations and webhook-based automations.

• Experience utilizing no-code/low-code automation platforms.

• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript.

• Experience supporting U.S.-based teams or distributed teams.

• Background in operations, business systems, productivity automation, or internal tools.
