AI Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage the enterprise AI platforms of the company - including Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and any new tools that we adopt - focusing on provisioning, access, RBAC, usage governance, and billing, while aiming to automate these administrative tasks over time.

• Ensure the SVP of Innovation remains organized and on schedule through effective prioritization, preparation, and follow-up - you catch what would otherwise be overlooked before it happens.

• Oversee the weekly operational rhythm of the Innovation team and maintain an up-to-date and reliable roadmap at all times.

• Create a weekly AI intelligence brief that highlights current developments in the field and suggests tests for the team.

• Contribute a unique perspective in strategic discussions and develop into a true strategic voice for the team.

• Utilize and maximize the Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience; early-career individuals with a remarkably high potential and a rapid learning ability are encouraged to apply.

• AI-savvy - you regularly use Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, possessing a genuine understanding of their capabilities and limitations. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

• An effective organizer who brings clarity to chaos and ensures tasks are completed without needing reminders.

• A proficient writer and systems thinker who maintains a strong point of view.

• Comfortable being the least experienced individual in the room while still contributing value.

• Significant daily overlap with U.S. Pacific hours (candidates from LATAM timezones are preferred); remote work is available, and we welcome international applicants.

• Bonus: you have developed something using AI - whether it's an agent, a workflow, or a completed side project.
