AI Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the administration of the company's enterprise AI platforms, including Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and any new tools we incorporate—managing provisioning, access, RBAC, usage governance, and billing, while aiming to automate these processes over time.

• Ensure the SVP of Innovation remains organized and on schedule through effective prioritization, preparation, and follow-through—anticipating issues before they arise.

• Manage the weekly operating rhythm for the Innovation team, maintaining an up-to-date and reliable roadmap at all times.

• Create a weekly AI intelligence brief that highlights developments at the cutting edge and suggests what the team should experiment with.

• Contribute insights during strategy discussions and develop into a credible strategic voice for the team.

• Utilize and maximize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department’s needs.

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience; an early-career individual with exceptional potential and a quick learning ability.

• AI-savvy—proficient in using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini on a daily basis with a strong intuition for their capabilities and limitations. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

• A skilled organizer who can transform chaos into clarity and follow through on tasks without needing reminders.

• An articulate writer and systems thinker who expresses a clear perspective.

• Comfortable being the least experienced person in the room yet still able to contribute meaningfully.

• Significant daily overlap with U.S. Pacific hours (ideal candidates are from LATAM timezones); this position is remote and open to international applicants.

• Bonus: Experience in building something with AI, such as an agent, workflow, or completed side project.
