AI Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will be responsible for Achievers’ AI revenue strategy from start to finish, encompassing use case identification, implementation, and evaluation. This is a role focused on building, with the expectation that you will design the IC-facing toolset, deploy AI agents that directly generate revenue, and manage them with the same diligence as a human team. You will collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership; however, this role does not handle or manage core systems (Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite). Over time, you may oversee a team of agent operators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in analytics and software development

• Required experience in the technology sector

• A proven history of designing and implementing AI-powered agent workflows for revenue or sales operations

• Practical experience with AI tools and orchestration frameworks

• Extensive knowledge of the modern sales technology stack as both a user and integrator

• Ability to connect technical expertise with business context and communicate effectively with frontline sellers and executive stakeholders

• Previous experience in a quota-carrying IC role (AE, SE, or similar) with a solid understanding of the workflows these agents will support is a plus
