AI Operations Lead – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for designing and delivering production-grade AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive high-volume tasks across performance media, creative production, social content, and account operations.

• Automation of performance media reporting: Replace manual monthly reporting processes with templated agents for platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, GA4, and Looker.

• Development of quality control agents: Create brand checkers, copy validators, asset specification auditors, and campaign setup reviewers to ensure our teams can produce quality work at scale without overloading our senior staff.

• Client-specific capability libraries: Develop structured files for our key accounts that encapsulate brand voice, asset specifications, deliverables, and quality criteria.

• Automation of workflows: Identify and automate the three to five highest-volume workflows within the agency, from project brief to asset delivery.

• Team empowerment: Provide training for more than five team members to independently ship or modify agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in or directly supporting media, digital, or creative agencies.

• A portfolio showcasing 3 or more AI systems or automations that are currently operational in production.

• References available to validate impact (such as hours saved, error rates, and throughput levels).

• A builder mindset. Proficient in Python or JavaScript. You take ownership of coding, shipping, and debugging without outsourcing specifications to developers.

• Proven history of training non-technical teams to utilize and expand upon your creations.

• Bilingual in English and French.
