AI Operations Lead – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will create and deliver production-ready AI agents and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive high-volume tasks in performance media, creative production, social content, and account operations.

• You will write code, deploy solutions, troubleshoot in real-time, and educate our team to enhance the tools you develop.

• Automate performance media reporting: Transition from manual monthly reports to templated agents for platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, GA4, and Looker.

• Develop brand checkers, copy validators, asset specification auditors, and campaign setup reviewers to enable freelancers and nearshore teams to deliver quality work at scale.

• Create structured files for our primary accounts that encapsulate brand voice, asset specifications, deliverables, and quality standards.

• Identify and automate the three to five highest-volume workflows within the agency, from brief creation to asset delivery.

• Train more than five team members to independently deploy or modify agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in or directly supporting media, digital, or creative agencies.

• A portfolio showcasing 3 or more AI systems or automations that are currently operational.

• References available to validate the impact of your work (e.g., hours saved, error rates, throughput).

• Proven ability to build solutions using Python or JavaScript.

• A history of training non-technical teams to utilize and expand upon your creations.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
