AI Operations Engineer – Workflow Automation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI-driven workflows and automation solutions directly within GreenLight’s platform and operational framework.

• Collaborate closely with leadership, product teams, and operations to design and deliver effective AI systems that:

• - Minimize manual operational tasks

• - Enhance internal processes and decision-making

• - Improve experiences for both clients and employees

• - Facilitate scalable operations on a global scale

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating workflow automation and AI-enhanced operational systems in a production setting.

• Solid understanding of:

• - OpenAI / Anthropic APIs

• - Workflow orchestration and automation

• - Systems integrations and API connectivity

• - Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

• - Internal tooling and operational systems

• Familiarity with tools such as:

• - n8n, LangChain, Zapier, Make, or similar orchestration and automation platforms

• Strong technical problem-solving capabilities with a focus on rapid deployment.

• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in developing:

• - AI assistants

• - Agentic workflows

• - Operational automation systems

• - B2B SaaS solutions

• Background in startup or fast-paced environments.

• Excellent product and operational instincts, with the capability to function effectively with minimal structure.
