AI Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop internal tools and automation workflows for the operations team utilizing Cursor and n8n.

• Resolve bugs and implement features with rapid iterations, achieving 3-4 production releases daily.

• Create and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive operational tasks from start to finish.

• Seamlessly integrate with third-party APIs and internal systems independently.

• Take ownership of quality assurance by testing your releases against actual business logic prior to deployment.

• Engage directly with operations users to translate ambiguous feedback into clear and actionable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Cursor.ai / Other AI IDE** - expert-level proficiency, as this is your main development tool.

• **N8N / Other Agentic Workflow tools** - capable of handling complex multi-step workflows, beyond simple triggers.

• **OpenAI / LLM APIs** - experience with agents, tool utilization, structured outputs, and prompt engineering.

• **Full-stack**: Proficiency in Node.js + React or a similar stack.

• Experience with **PostgreSQL** or a comparable relational database.

• Proficient in **REST API** design and third-party integrations.

• Knowledge of **Cloud deployment** (Azure / AWS / GCP).

• Strong architectural instincts - able to extend systems cleanly without disrupting existing functionalities.

• Awareness of security - adept at leveraging emerging technologies while maintaining system security.

• **Preferred qualifications:**

• Familiarity with HubSpot API.

• Experience with MongoDB.

• Knowledge of Chrome extensions.

• Experience with playwright / browser automation.

• Background in internal operations tooling.

• Understanding of the restaurant or logistics domain.
