AI Operations & Automation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, implementation, and enhancement of AI-driven workflows, automations, operational frameworks, and internal processes.

• Collaborate directly with the Founder and CEO to establish effective business systems.

• Develop and refine AI-driven workflows utilizing Claude, Claude Co-Work, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other related AI platforms.

• Construct repeatable AI workflows for administration, compliance, onboarding, reporting, scheduling, documentation, marketing, and content generation.

• Recognize opportunities to leverage AI for enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing bottlenecks, and facilitating business growth.

• Design and maintain automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar tools.

• Aid in the optimization of operational and CRM workflows.

• Assist in refining lead capture, follow-up processes, pipeline transparency, and internal notifications.

• Develop SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, internal resources, and scalable knowledge bases.

• Educate and support team members in effectively utilizing AI tools, prompts, templates, automations, and operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations, automation, systems coordination, CRM administration, technical support, AI implementation, or similar roles.

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or related applications.

• Practical knowledge of APIs, workflow integrations, and systems automation.

• Excellent organizational, documentation, and process enhancement abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously, proactively solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and emerging AI technologies.
