AI-native QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop AI-driven testing frameworks and pipelines that automate the complete QA workflow: design test strategies, create automated tests, formulate and execute test plans, conduct various testing types across workflows, and analyze defects—all utilizing LLM tools and contemporary AI frameworks.

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and load testing across agent workflows.

• Investigate defects and incidents, determine root causes, and assist in preventing regressions.

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and R&D on validating releases.

• Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, test coverage, and automation methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of QA experience, including more than 2 years in QA automation.

• Practical hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) within your QA workflows—not merely interest, but tangible experience in constructing AI-based QA pipelines.

• Proficient in Python and PyTest.

• Practical experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, client-server architecture, and web services.

• Experience in creating and maintaining automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines.

• Capability to work independently with intricate business logic.

• Willingness to operate within the EST timezone.
