AI-native Integration Development Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the creation of add-ins and integrations within our automation platform.

• Be the inaugural dedicated member of our newly formed Marketplace team.

• Collaborate closely with the leader of the marketplace vision.

• Engage with a diverse array of technologies, including CAD tools, simulation solvers, PLM systems, and AI.

• Consistently deliver value to customers through integration projects.

• Provide mentorship to colleagues and contribute to architectural and product decision-making.

• Extensive knowledge of developing add-ins, plugins, or integrations for complex software systems.

• Proven experience managing multiple integration projects with external clients and stakeholders as a Software Engineer in a SCRUM team.

• An AI-native mindset with a desire to learn and enhance skills.

• Practical experience with PLM systems or CRM platforms.

• Proficiency in C# and C++, along with strong algorithmic and logical thinking abilities.

• Ability to work independently, communicating directly with partners, making technical decisions, and taking ownership of projects.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the capacity to clearly convey technical concepts.
