AI Native Engineer, Growth Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create AI-driven tools to streamline bid strategy analysis, budget pacing notifications, creative performance evaluation, and anomaly detection across various paid channels (SEM, Meta, Affiliate, YouTube, etc.)

• Design AI workflows for generating ad copy, automating creative briefs, creating scalable image asset variations, and establishing feedback loops between analytics and the studio team regarding creative performance.

• Implement AI-powered personalization and optimize send times across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels; develop agentic workflows that utilize Snowflake data, create segment logic, and initiate Braze campaigns with minimal manual effort.

• Automate the generation of landing page variants, ideate headline testing, and personalize strategies based on audience segments or traffic sources.

• Develop internal AI tools such as dashboards, Slack bots, and report generators that minimize repetitive analytical tasks and enhance decision-making across the team.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI-powered features (recommendations, dynamic content, smart nudges) can boost funnel conversion and retention.

• Assess, implement, and maintain the AI/ML toolkit that supports Growth initiatives — from LLM APIs to workflow orchestration and data pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of engineering or technical experience, with substantial hands-on involvement applying AI/LLMs to tangible business challenges (side projects are valued — we focus on what you have created, not just your previous roles).

• Proficiency in Python or Typescript and familiarity with working with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM providers).

• Develop repeatable skills or plugins for popular LLM clients to empower your team.

• Mentor and educate team members to foster an AI-native culture.

• A builder's mindset: you prefer to deliver a functional prototype rather than merely drafting specifications for one.

• Ability to collaborate across functions and effectively communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
