AI-Native Engineer – Full-Stack, Agentic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Your main objective is to create AI-driven infrastructure that provides VC and PE clients with a competitive advantage — proprietary systems that identify signals, automate decisions, and enhance in value over time.

• Agentic AI Systems: Develop multi-step LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration systems — overseeing everything from architecture to production. You are adept at balancing rapid experimentation with full-scale production deployments, ensuring that real clients rely on these systems for their investment decisions.

• Full-Stack AI Applications: Design client-facing web applications with integrated AI features — utilizing Python/FastAPI for backends and React for frontends, while interfacing with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). Claude Code or Cursor will be your primary development environment, with AI-assisted coding as your standard approach rather than a rare tactic.

• Data Platform Engineering: Construct scalable pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) that support AI functionalities — including vector databases, data ingestion layers, and API integrations. This serves as the essential foundation for all other components.

• Technical Discovery & Client Engagement: You will convert business requirements into AI-centric technical proposals — directly interacting with CFOs, GPs, and operating partners. You possess the insight to understand what’s feasible and can articulate it effectively to those unfamiliar with Python.

• AI Quality & Internal Standards: Implement guardrails, automated testing, and observability for AI systems. You will contribute to defining what constitutes ‘good’ across all engagements, aiding in the development of internal engineering standards that evolve over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must-have: Demonstrated, hands-on experience in delivering production AI/LLM systems utilized by actual users — not merely internal demos or hackathon projects.

• Must-have: Advanced expertise in an AI-native coding workflow — using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar as your main development environment, rather than as an infrequent plugin.

• Proficient in at least one domain with comprehensive knowledge across the entire stack (infrastructure, backend, data, frontend). Preferred technologies include Terraform, Python, Snowflake, and React.

• Practical experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic frameworks (like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, or similar).

• Excellent spoken and written English — capable of clearly communicating complex technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to lead AI initiatives with minimal support from our in-house experts, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously from discovery through delivery.

• Experience in fintech, private capital (VC/PE), or healthcare data systems is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with data engineering stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, AWS data services) is a considerable plus.
