AI-Native Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• You will become a member of an established team and assume technical responsibility for a portfolio of active products and SaaS, dedicating the majority of your efforts to creating new innovations that have yet to be developed.

• Our goal is to maintain a balance of approximately seventy percent on innovation — including new agents, new integrations, and new capabilities — while allocating thirty percent to maintaining and enhancing existing solutions.

• You will take full ownership of your deliverables, whether they pertain to new projects or existing ones. The primary constraint on your output will be your judgment — your ability to effectively guide AI tools toward producing high-quality, production-ready results, validate those outcomes, and refine them with accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of development experience, with a strong foundation in at least one area — such as integration, data, or UI — and a genuine curiosity in other domains.

• An active practitioner of AI-enhanced development — you regularly utilize tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar technologies as an integral part of your development process rather than as infrequent shortcuts.

• Solid understanding of integration fundamentals: REST APIs, JSON, authentication patterns, and error handling in real-world scenarios.

• Ability to create something from a rough outline and refine it through iterative processes.
