AI-native Content Writer – Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance content specifically focused on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for the Australian market.

• Explore innovative AI search workflows and play an active role in establishing internal content best practices.

• Enhance the structure, clarity, discoverability, and conversion effectiveness of content across various digital platforms.

• Work in collaboration with the SEO, Product, and Marketing teams.

• Uphold high standards of editorial quality, search engine optimization, and brand consistency across all published materials.

• Assess and refine AI-generated content using sound editorial judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content marketing.

• Proficient writing and editing skills in English.

• Solid understanding of SEO, with a desire to learn about Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles.

• Strong interest in content that achieves business results, beyond just driving traffic.

• A collaborative team player who is open to feedback and eager to learn in a rapidly changing environment.

• Proven interest and practical experience with AI tools for content creation, optimization, or workflow automation.

• A genuine curiosity regarding the impact of AI on search and content discovery, supported by hands-on experimentation.

• Capability and willingness to critically assess and enhance AI-generated results.

• Familiarity with WordPress (Preferred).

• Background in Accounting, Tax, or Financial Services (Preferred).
