This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Value creation: Develop proofs of concept (POCs), internal tools, and abstractions that harness the potential of AI to address company challenges.
• Technical enablement: Set up, maintain, and promote best practices for the AI tools ecosystem (including Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, n8n, etc.), ensuring adequate technical support.
• Knowledge multiplication (Evangelism): Design training programs and playbooks, actively engage (including one-on-one sessions) to educate staff, eliminate adoption obstacles, and encourage usage throughout the organization.
• Intelligence and impact measurement: Establish and organize AI adoption and success metrics (dashboards), assisting teams in comprehending the value generated (e.g., throughput improvements, hours saved).
• Generalist technical background: Extensive experience and a full-stack view, encompassing development along with infrastructure and system integrations, without the necessity of specialization in a single programming language.
• AI embedded in the workflow: Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency with the AI tooling ecosystem (code assistants, agents, automations). You should actively utilize AI in your daily work to manage context and develop software.
• Platform and scale mindset: Capability to concentrate on amplifying knowledge and solutions. Rather than thinking “how do I solve this myself,” consider “how do I enable 50 people to use this.”
• Problem decomposition: Strong analytical ability to deconstruct ambiguous business issues and apply the appropriate AI solution.
• Cross-functional technical fluency and teaching ability: Outstanding communication skills to grasp the context of teams distinct from yours, adjust your language accordingly, and provide clear instruction.
• Results and impact focus: Competence not only to implement technology but also to devise methods to demonstrate and quantify the impact it has on operations.
