This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of web applications, mobile apps, backend systems, and cloud solutions utilizing AI-driven development workflows.

• Design system architectures, AI agent workflows, prompts, evaluation frameworks, and quality assurance processes.

• Provision and manage infrastructure on AWS and Azure, encompassing CI/CD, IAM, observability, networking, containers, and infrastructure as code.

• Review and validate code generated by AI, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and production quality.

• Manage workflows in GitHub, including pull requests, branching strategies, protected branches, merge queues, and GitHub Actions.

• Translate ambiguous business or product requirements into detailed technical specifications for AI agents.

• Build evaluation frameworks to measure the quality of AI-generated software and machine learning systems.

• Resolve production incidents by coordinating investigations with AI agents and validating solutions.

• 5–10 years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering systems in production.

• Demonstrated experience working under AI-first methodologies and utilizing modern coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor Agents, Codex, etc.).

• Strong proficiency in React, React Native/Expo, Node.js, and Python.

• Hands-on experience deploying and operating systems on AWS and Azure.

• Advanced knowledge of Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

• Strong software architecture and code review capabilities.

• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to draft technical specifications.

• Ability to evaluate, direct, and validate AI-generated implementations.

• Experience training or fine-tuning machine learning models (preferred).

• Background in computer vision, biometrics, or multimodal AI (preferred).

• Experience with video/streaming platforms or subscription systems (preferred).

• Familiarity with MCP servers, tool-use design, and custom frameworks for AI agents (preferred).
