This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

• Oversee and govern AI systems in production, particularly those utilizing external models and agents.

• Analyze and anticipate the impact of version changes on models, ensuring quality, continuity, and cost optimization.

• Adjust and transform prompts to prevent degradation, hallucinations, and performance issues.

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and RAG profiles, integrating robust and efficient solutions.

• Manage documentation and lead the integration of APIs and external services.

• Formalize technical processes and drive the transition from informal tasks to structured solutions.

• Continuously propose and implement improvements with a strong focus on innovation.

• 4 to 5 years of experience in monitoring and governing AI systems in real production environments.

• Solid knowledge in API integration, dependency management, and complex system architecture.

• Proven experience with external models such as GNAI, RAG, and LLMs, integrating these models into real operations.

• Ability to analyze version impacts, control model quality, and optimize associated costs.

• Advanced proficiency in documentation systems and access to external information.

• Critical mindset, autonomy, proactivity, and a strong orientation towards continuous improvement.

• Interpersonal skills for teamwork and agile communication in technical environments.

• High level of English: B2 or above, both oral and written.
