AI & ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including recommendation systems, churn prediction, fraud detection, and behavioral scoring.

• Construct modular ML pipelines for feature engineering, training, validation, and inference processes.

• Implement deep learning and NLP models, incorporating transformer-based architectures for text and sequence data.

• Develop and launch applications powered by large language models (LLMs).

• Integrate models into production systems through REST/gRPC APIs and microservices.

• Establish MLOps pipelines utilizing CI/CD, versioning, and monitoring tools.

• Oversee model performance, identify drift, and set up automated retraining strategies.

• Enhance models for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to ensure efficient and scalable data access.

• Assess and incorporate new AI frameworks and tools to continually enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming with experience in machine learning libraries.

• Experience in building and deploying models within cloud environments (AWS is preferred).

• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms.

• Familiarity with NLP, large language models, or time-series modeling.

• Practical experience with MLOps tools.

• Experience in developing real-time inference systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of data pipelines and feature engineering.

• Capability to write production-quality, scalable code.
