This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and implement the complete marketing strategy of the company across organic, paid, email, and content channels.
• Assess, enhance, or reconstruct current paid acquisition initiatives.
• Create scalable marketing systems that align with business growth objectives.
• Drive measurable enhancements in MQLs, pipeline contributions, and channel performance.
• Lead initiatives for organic growth on LinkedIn and promote executive thought leadership.
• Develop content strategies for the CEO, BDMs, and leadership team.
• Generate and adapt high-quality B2B content utilizing AI tools.
• Establish and oversee a scalable SEO content hub.
• Perform keyword research and content planning in areas such as:
• International Tax
• R&D Tax Incentive
• vCFO / Financial Advisory
• Property Accounting
• Manage content production workflows and optimize on-page content.
• Oversee HubSpot marketing operations from start to finish.
• Audit and segment the existing database of over 42,000 contacts.
• Create nurture sequences, reactivation campaigns, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Enhance lifecycle tracking, automation, and data cleanliness.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite content creation, campaign implementation, and workflow efficiency.
• Implement marketing automations using tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Midjourney or similar platforms
• Zapier
• Make
• n8n
• Manage and coordinate a freelance team that includes:
• Designers
• Video editors
• Paid media specialists
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
• Provide monthly reports to Operations and the CEO.
• Monitor campaign performance, attribution, engagement, and pipeline metrics.
• Offer data-driven recommendations for growth and enhancement.
• A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of independently running or building a complete marketing function.
• Strong expertise in HubSpot, including:
• Workflows
• Lists
• Lifecycle stages
• Reporting
• Automation
• Demonstrated experience with AI-driven marketing workflows and automation tools.
• Significant experience in LinkedIn organic growth and executive branding.
• Comprehensive SEO strategy and execution experience.
• Exceptional written English with a refined, professional B2B communication style.
• Experience in managing freelancers, vendors, or external specialists.
• Comfortable taking ownership of results and presenting directly to senior leadership.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience marketing professional services firms such as accounting, legal, consulting, fintech, or advisory businesses.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads management.
• Experience with video content or short-form social media production.
• Previous experience in building or managing a small marketing team or pod.
• This position is remote and will be structured as an independent contractor engagement.
