AI Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive launch of new patient funnels, which includes identifying segments, producing creative content, deploying landing pages, and generating leads while meeting targets for both volume and cost-efficiency.

• Assess, apply, and continually enhance AI tools throughout the entire funnel process, developing automated workflows that eliminate manual steps and decrease time-to-launch.

• Work in conjunction with engineering to convert marketing requirements into technical solutions, such as custom integrations and automated pipelines.

• Evaluate campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and play a direct role in the marketing performance decisions made in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and the growth team.

• Create documented workflows that can be repeated in a playbook format and train relevant team members on new tools and processes.

• Ownership: Demonstrated experience in leading a project or initiative from concept to completion, taking responsibility for the results.

• Curiosity about AI: Engaged use of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Midjourney for personal, academic, or professional tasks, extending beyond basic usage to include workflow creation, document drafting, or research acceleration.

• Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to deconstruct complex or unstructured problems into manageable components, identifying innovative and practical solutions.

• Experimental Mindset: Eagerness to explore new areas and independently learn how new tools or concepts function through proactive experimentation.

• Clear Communication: Experience in presenting ideas to groups, writing straightforward instructions, or mentoring colleagues, showcasing the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Language Skills: Proficient in both English and German.

• Desirable:

• Marketing Exposure: Relevant degree or experience in the marketing field.

• Basic Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with writing multi-step prompts, establishing custom GPTs, or using fundamental workflow tools.

• Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of data or technical logic, such as the relationships between databases or a general awareness of API functionality.
