This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Leverage AI-powered platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Appollo & Clay, and similar tools) to create, refine, and enhance marketing content, including blog articles, email campaigns, social media posts, case studies, and product messaging.

• Design and implement AI-assisted digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and organic search, while monitoring performance and adjusting targeting in real time.

• Assist in the management and expansion of the HubSpot CRM, including tasks such as segmentation, nurturing workflows, lead scoring, and pipeline reporting.

• Perform AI-enhanced market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, identify content gaps, and discover new audience opportunities in the charity, retail, and visitor attraction sectors.

• Create and edit short-form videos, graphics, and multimedia content using AI creative tools (like Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) in accordance with brand guidelines.

• Help build and optimize landing pages for AEO, GEO & SEO content, as well as paid search strategies, using AI-driven keyword and content tools.

• Work in collaboration with the Product and Customer Success teams to develop customer-facing communications, product release notes, and onboarding materials.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, including MQL generation, email open rates, social engagement, and campaign ROI, utilizing dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics.

• Keep abreast of advancements in AI marketing technology, proactively seeking new tools and methodologies that could enhance the team’s productivity and effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• A true passion for AI technology and its practical use in marketing; you should have already experimented with AI tools in either a professional or personal setting.

• Strong copywriting and editorial skills; you can transform AI-generated content into polished, brand-aligned material that speaks to a B2B audience.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, including workflow creation, contact management, and reporting capabilities.

• A data-driven approach—comfortable establishing tracking, interpreting analytics, and providing recommendations based on performance metrics.

• Experience with social media management tools and comprehension of how to enhance brand presence on LinkedIn and other relevant channels for a B2B technology company.

• Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to adapt tone and messaging across two distinct brands to suit each audience appropriately.
