📋 Description

• Transform intricate enterprise business processes into comprehensive agentic workflows.

• Create, configure, and develop enterprise agents utilizing Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions.

• Establish back-end support through Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth.

• Execute tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering.

• Assess the appropriate use of LLM reasoning versus deterministic Apex/Flow logic to reduce latency and token expenses while avoiding hallucinations.

• Anchor agent reasoning on structured and unstructured enterprise data using Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, semantic search, and Knowledge libraries.

• Design REST API callouts, event-driven integrations, and MuleSoft platform pipelines that adhere to MCP standards.

• Facilitate automated testing and multi-turn conversation tracing via the Agentforce Testing Center.

• Develop least-privilege agent permissions, FLS/sharing rules, prompt injection safeguards, and human-in-the-loop escalation pathways.

• Spearhead technical discovery with European enterprise stakeholders and support cross-functional engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of direct experience in Salesforce engineering and architecture.

• A minimum of 2 significant production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations.

• Located in Europe with a strong alignment to European enterprise hours.

• Extensive expertise in Salesforce Agentforce (Studio/DX), Apex, Flow, Data Cloud, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Thorough understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks.

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Salesforce Architect Certifications.

• Practical experience with MuleSoft, Python, TypeScript, LangGraph/LangChain, or MCP.

• Familiarity with major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock).
